Fill your profile from your resume
Upload your resume as a PDF and Mio reads it: your bio, skills, experience, projects, education, certifications and links. Check what it found, then confirm. Already have a profile? Mio merges what it finds with what is there.
Write and polish your bio
Click Enhance with Mio and it rewrites your bio using your profession and the facts in your profile, so it sounds like you, not a template. No bio yet? Mio drafts one from your profile.
Sharper descriptions
Projects, experience, education, case studies and gallery captions each have their own Enhance with Mio. Mio polishes what you wrote and asks for a few words first, so it never invents a project.
Sections for any profession
Not on our list? Describe what you do, for example corporate lawyer, and Mio suggests sections that fit. You review them before anything changes. Suggestions use no AI credits.

What Mio reads, and where it goes.
Mio only sees what a request needs. When you use it, that content is sent to Google's Gemini models to produce the result, which comes back to us and is shown to you.

You choose when to use Mio, and you can always edit or delete what it produces. Under India's DPDP Act 2023 you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or erasure.

What is Mio?
Mio is Showcaseme's AI assistant. It lives in the portfolio editor: it fills your profile from a resume, writes and polishes your bio and descriptions, and suggests sections for your profession.
Does Mio cost extra?
No. Mio uses the AI credits included in your plan: 20,000 a month on Free and 50,000 a month on Pro. Section suggestions use no credits, and on Pro you can buy more credits at any time.
Which resume files can Mio read?
PDF only. A standard, text-based PDF works best. A scanned image of a resume has no text Mio can read, so export your resume to PDF from your word processor instead.
Will Mio make things up?
Mio works from what you give it: your resume, your profile and the words you wrote. To polish a description it needs a few words, the technologies, tags or role first. You review everything it writes and can edit or delete it.
Where does my data go when I use Mio?
The content needed for that request is sent to Google's Gemini models to produce the result, which comes back to us and is shown to you. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what is sent for each feature.
Is Mio the same as the Claude integration?
No. Mio is built into Showcaseme. On Pro you can also connect Claude, which designs a portfolio template for you in your own Claude account and uses no Showcaseme credits.
